A quick and easy meal for two. Tender shrimp in a savory sauce made using our Petite Diced Tomatoes that are preserved using our Steam Sealed Flavor Loc™ system. Uniquely flavored with crisp white wine, olive oil, onion and black pepper, this dish has a savory and fresh flavor in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/4 cup shallot, finely diced
2 tablespoons
Tuttorosso® Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
3 tablespoons white wine
1 (14.5 ounce) can
Tuttorosso® Petite Diced Tomatoes
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Kosher salt to taste
8 ounces shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
2 cups fettuccine, cooked
fresh parsley, rough chopped for garnish
black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shallot, cook about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add Tomato Paste and cook about 2 minutes. Add the seafood seasoning and white wine. Cook and reduce by half.
Add the Petite Diced Tomatoes, stir gently to combine. Cook at a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes, uncovered. Add cream and stir. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
Add shrimp, cover and cook 5 minutes until shrimp is pink and fully cooked.
Serve over freshly cooked fettuccini and garnish with parsley. Add black pepper to taste.
