Slow Cooker Ragu with Pasta

Here’s a really simple meal to create that is kid friendly as well. It has ground beef, pasta, tons of flavor, cheese and spinach.
Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 large carrot, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 (14.5 ounce) cans
Tuttorosso® Stewed Tomatoes Basil, Garlic & Oregano
, or 1 (28 ounce) can Tuttorosso® Diced Tomatoes
1 (28 ounce) can
Tuttorosso® Crushed Tomatoes with basil
1 tablespoon
Tuttorosso® Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 beef bouillon cubes, crumbled
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 (16 ounce) box penne pasta, or pasta of choice, cooked and drained
1 cup red wine
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups fresh baby spinach
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown beef until cooked; drain any fat. Remove beef from skillet and sauté onions and garlic until onions are translucent.
Transfer onions and beef to a slow cooker and pour in stewed tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, seasonings, sugar and beef bouillon cubes. Stir to mix well and season with salt and black pepper. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Add pasta, red wine and cheeses; stir to combine. Cook on high for 30 minutes to melt the cheese. Mix in the spinach and stir to combine. Cook an additional 5 minutes to wilt the spinach. Serve warm.
