Chard with Tomatoes, Currants and Pine Nuts

- In a large skillet heat oil; add prosciutto and cook until crisp. Add garlic, shallots and chard; stir to combine. Cook until chard is softened, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, currants, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until chard is tender.
- Before serving sprinkle with pine nuts.
